Marisa Bragg is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and an administrator at South Allegheny Middle School/High School in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. She works collaboratively with teachers on classroom instruction and encourages students to be open to new academic challenges. Marisa began her teaching career in 1999, working in inner-city charter, public, and private schools, as well as an Intermediate Unit, which is a regional educational service agency in Pennsylvania. She earned her MS in elementary studies at Duquesne University, principal certification from Point Park University, and is currently working on her EdD, also at Point Park University.
