Brittany Behenna Griffith is a Teach Plus New Mexico Teaching Policy Fellow. Brittany teaches early childhood special education in an inclusive classroom of three- and four-year-olds at Nye Early Childhood Center. Brittany is on the school instructional leadership team and serves as her school’s lead teacher. She previously taught 7th grade math and science and served on the leadership team at Marshall Middle School in Clovis, New Mexico. Brittany graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a BA in elementary education and a BA in special education, and earned her MEd in education with an emphasis in curriculum and instruction and her MSpEd in early childhood special education from Eastern New Mexico University.
