Danielle Brown is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow. She is a Pre-K-8th grade self-contained special education teacher at Moorhead Central Middle School in Moorhead, Mississippi. She is the lead teacher for self-contained special education teachers. Danielle previously taught 1st and 2nd grade inclusion in Hollandale, Mississippi as well as 1st grade inclusion for Lockard Elementary in Indianola. Danielle received the ABA Scholarship from the Hosemann Family Autism Foundation. She earned her BA in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in special education and her MS in special education from Delta State University. She also earned her MA in psychometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her EdS in instructional leadership from William Carey University.
