Danielle Brown-McPherson is a 2025-2026 Mississippi Delta Change Agent and teaches 8th-grade English and math inclusion at Robert L. Merritt Junior High School in Indianola, Mississippi. She is the special education teacher on the Multi-Tiered System of Supports team. Danielle received the Hosemann Family Autism Foundation ABA Scholarship (2019) and is a Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellowship alumna (2023-2024). She earned her BA in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in special education and her MA in special education, both from Delta State University. Danielle also has an MA in psychometry from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and an EdS in instructional leadership from William Carey University.
