Allison Bunn is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow who teaches kindergarten at Bramlett Elementary School in Oxford. She focuses on cognitive, social, and emotional development for all students while also welcoming student teachers to observe and learn from her daily teaching practices. She has assisted teachers working towards their national board certification and supported colleagues in the use of technology and available digital resources. Allison was a Taylor Medalist (2013) and received the Outstanding Master of Education Degree Student in Early Childhood Education Award (2021) from the University of Mississippi. Allison received her National Board Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist from teaching kindergarten at South Panola County School District and has taught various grades between kindergarten and sixth grade in various schools since 2013. She earned both her BA in elementary education with concentrations in English and mathematics and her MEd in early childhood education from the University of Mississippi.
