Allison Bunn is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Leading Edge Educator Fellow and a kindergarten teacher in Oxford, Mississippi. She has supported teachers pursuing their National Board Certification and has helped colleagues integrate technology and digital resources into their classrooms. Allison was awarded the Taylor Medal (2013), the university’s highest academic honor, and was also recognized as the Outstanding Master of Education Degree Student in Early Childhood Education (2021). A National Board Certified teacher, Allison is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BA in elementary education, with concentrations in English and mathematics, and her MEd in early childhood education. Her op-ed on the importance of early childhood education has been published in The Clarion Ledger.
