Sarah Connelly Tracey is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Houston Policy Fellow. Sarah teaches English 1 at Harmony School of Innovation in Sugar Land, Texas. Sarah is a designated master teacher and serves as an instructional lead teacher and the English department chair at her campus. In addition, she is the system course leader for English 1, writing curriculum and supporting all English 1 teachers in the Harmony Public School system. She is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Harmony Teacher Cabinet member who collaborated with fellow educators to develop research-based policy recommendations for Harmony Public Schools and a Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellowship alumna who advocated for teachers by meeting with state representatives. Sarah earned her BA and MEd in English Education from the University of Mississippi.
