DeAira Cooper is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a 10th and 11th grade diverse learning teacher at Art in Motion High School. DeAira prides herself in relationship building with staff and students. DeAira is a 2023 Teach for America corps member and has served as a TFA ambassador. DeAira earned her BA in performance making from Colorado College and her MA in performance making from Goldsmiths University of London. She is working on an MEd in special education from National Louis University.
