Courtney Connor is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Courtney teaches 5th grade special education at Bentley Academy Charter School is Salem, Massachusetts, where she is the K-5 special education teacher leader focusing on the use of data collection, data actions plans, and the use of re-teaching strategies to meet and surpass IEP goals and objectives. Courtney previously taught kindergarten in Round Rock, Texas as a TFA Corps Member. She earned a BA in Art Education from the University of Maine, Orono, and a MEd from Boston University.
