Donna Kilgore is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and a Pre-K Counts teacher at Bloom Early Education Center in Swoyersville, where she has taught for 16 years. She is a recipient of the T.E.A.C.H. scholarship and serves on the Early Childhood Education Advisory Board at Wilkes University. She is a graduate of Wilkes University with a BA in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a minor in Reading.
