Theresa Dorsey is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a K-8 literacy instructional coach and interventionist at Randolph Elementary. Theresa is a member of the Instructional Leadership Team. She has served as the reading apprenticeship lead, middle school team lead, restorative practice lead, and as a member of the Culture and Climate Team. She is a member of the Network 11 Instructional Lead Coaches cohort. Theresa is a National Board Certified Teacher. She is a member of Kappa Delta Epsilon Honorary Educational Fraternity, Order of Omega Greek Leadership Fraternity, and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She earned her BA in bilingual elementary education with a minor in Spanish from Illinois State University and her MA in teaching and learning from the University of St. Francis.
