Gina Dudek is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Chicago Change Agent. She teaches 10th grade English and AP seminar at Percy L. Julian High School, where she also sponsors drama club. She serves as the English department chair and is on the Instructional Lead Team for her school. She works on her school’s improvement plan for after school activities as the continuous quality improvement process facilitator. She is also an Embarc lead teacher, which means she helps coordinate schoolwide field trips and she is also the school’s union delegate. She previously served as a member of the equitable grading professional learning committee and the skyline English language arts steering committee. She graduated magna cum laude from Lake Forest College with a BA in English and education. She graduated as a Golden Apple Scholar and a Phi Beta Kappa Member.
