Marysabel Elfinger is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a 5th grade dual language teacher at William G. Hibbard Elementary. She is a Parent Mentor Program teacher leader, a member of the instructional leadership and Culture and Climate teams, and a longstanding member of the Dual Language Committee. Marysabel previously taught kindergarten for seven years and second grade for seven years. She has served as a coach and mentor to new and student teachers. She earned a BS in economics with a minor in business, a BA in education with endorsements in middle school, bilingual, ESL, and social science from National Louis University, an MA in instructional design and technology and she completed the coursework and internship for the Principal Preparation Program at the American College of Education.
