Sara Elwell is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches 5th grade mathematics and science at Frank Guzick Elementary School in Dallas. Sara is a member of her campus’s Positive Student Culture Committee and Gold Team. In her first year as an educator, she won the Rookie of the Year award and is a Distinguished Teacher in the State of Texas. Sara holds a BA in business from the University of Texas at Arlington.
