Emily is a 6th grade math teacher at Excel Academy Charter in East Boston. Emily was an AmeriCorps Member at City Year Boston, serving in a 4th grade classroom at the Dever Elementary School in Dorchester and a team leader at the Dever-McCormack Middle School. Emily earned a BA from Manhattanville College in Political Science, and a MEd in Teaching and Curriculum from Boston University.
