Dr. Todd Farley is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. He teaches theatre and cinema for social justice at KIPP Navigate College Prep in San Jose, California. Todd is an induction mentor for new teachers, coordinator for the weekly campuswide restorative justice advisory educational programming and circles, and has served as grade lead and curriculum developer in California and Hawaii. At the University of Hawaii Manoa (UHM), Todd was a performing artist/director and Statewide Cultural Extension Program Coordinator (2016 to 2019). He was awarded the Winifred Ward Scholar (2018) and is a published author. He was a Teach for America/AmeriCorps Member in Hawaii (2019-2021) and international director of Mimeistry International (1987-2006). Todd began his formal theater education at Ecole internationale de Mimodrame, de Paris, Marcel Marceau, and holds a MAT and PhD in theology and culture from Fuller Theological Seminary, as well as MFA in theater for youth from UHM.
