Gene Fashaw (he/him) is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Along Fellowship Member and the 7th/8th grade math teacher and middle school lead at High Point Academy in Aurora, Colorado. Gene is an alumnus of the Teach Plus Colorado Policy Fellowship, National SEL Change Agent Fellowship, and the Teach Plus National Change Agent Fellowship. He serves as the head basketball coach for his campus and believes in developing the whole child while maintaining high expectations.
