Enchantra Green is a 2025 Teach Plus National Teacher Policy Cabinet member and middle school physical science teacher at L.M. Smith Middle School in Birmingham, Alabama. She began her teaching career in 2020 as an online English teacher for children in Ximen, China before becoming a full-time secondary science teacher in Mobile, Alabama.
In addition to her classroom role, she assists with the L.M. Smith Middle School Robotics. She is also dedicated to mentorship and advocacy through her volunteer work with Girls, Inc., the Boys and Girls Club, and Child Abuse Prevention Services. She is an A+ Education partner, where she contributes to advancing education policy across the state of Alabama. Before teaching, Enchantra worked in both Sales and Human Resources in the hospitality industry. She is a current member of the Teach for America Alabama corps.
Enchantra earned her BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Alabama and her MPA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
