Enchantra Green is a 2025 Teach Plus National Teacher Policy Cabinet member, she is an 8th-grade physical science teacher at L.M. Smith Middle School in Birmingham, Alabama as a current corps member with Teach for America where she assists with the robotics team.
Over the past 3 years of teaching, she has taught science for grade levels 6-12. She is a volunteer with Girls, Inc., a mentorship program for young girls ages 13-17 to help them overcome barriers such as self-esteem to grow up strong, smart, bold, and confident leaders. She is an A+ Education partner, where she helps with trying to move forward education policy within the state of Alabama. Over the past decade, she has volunteered with The Boys and Girls Club and Child Abuse Prevention Services. She works with and advocates for students who have experienced major trauma and suffer from mental disorders.
Enchantra earned her Bachelor’s in Communications and Marketing from the University of Alabama and her MPA and MS in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
