Paul Grossman is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a 10th grade English teacher leader, Lead From Within Coach, and humanities department head at Art in Motion High School. He helps develop and support new and experienced teachers in mastering their art, supporting students’ academic and socio-emotional needs, and strengthening their achievements, skills, and literacy. He is a nationally certified developmental chess instructor with Fédération Internationale des échecs (World Chess Federation). Paul has taught 6th to 11th grade English language arts, composition, and American literature. He earned his BA in English literature, his MA in teaching, and MA in English literature from Northeastern Illinois University.
