Gwen Pauloski is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Houston ISD Policy Fellow who teaches English I at East Early College High School in Houston. Gwen is in her 30th year as an educator and has served her district as a professional developer as well as campus and district administrator and the ninth-grade team chair. Gwen earned her BA at the University of Texas at Austin, her MPP at Harvard University, and her EdD at University of Houston.
