Chad Hardy is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Houston Policy Fellow. He is a Social Studies Multi-Classroom Leader at Spring Leadership Academy in Spring Independent School District in Houston, Texas. He is also the Debate Team coach and serves as the Campus Instructional Technology Specialist. Chad is a member of the Smithsonian’s Democracy in Dialogue Virtual Exchange Program and previously served on his district’s Advisory Committee on Education. He came to teaching after years in the banking and finance sector. Chad graduated with a BA in history from the University of Houston and MEd from Prairie View A&M University.
