Samantha Harp is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Northwest Arkansas Working Group Member and a 5th-grade teacher at Westside Elementary in Rogers. She has previously been a member of her school’s guiding coalition for PLC work, a member of the building’s safety team, and the FoodCorps Building Supervisor. Prior to teaching, she was the site director for an education-based nonprofit for six years. Samantha was awarded the Camp War Eagle Rookie Counselor of the Year (2013); Camp War Eagle “FIT” Female Counselor of the Year (2014); and the NWA Connection Women’s Volunteer Spotlight (2015). Samantha earned her BS in education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
