Megan Edward is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and a special education teacher and reading interventionist at Arlington Middle School in Lawrence. She focuses on coordination and implementation of strategic intervention and family collaboration, taking a whole-child approach to student learning in her role as school Response to Intervention (RTI) lead. Megan is a Wilson certified dyslexia practitioner. She previously served as a new teacher mentor, a member of her school’s teacher leadership team, and an Advanced Educator (2023-2024) through Lawrence Public Schools. Megan began her teaching career in Massachusetts as a Boston Public Schools Teacher Fellow. She earned her BS in counseling psychology and a graduate certificate in trauma and learning from Lesley University.
