Andriana Hondras is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Chicago Senior Change Agent. She is currently a 4th & 5th grade math teacher as well as the multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) lead at Dr. Martin Luther King Academy of Social Justice. Andriana has served as an instructional leadership team member, grade band lead, director of the Summer LAB, and leader of the special events committee. With her eight years of experience in teaching, Andriana has received several awards such as Highest i-Ready Growth for 5th Grade Math, Highest i-Ready Growth for 4th Grade Math, Excellence in Teaching award, and Distinguished Educator award. She earned her BA in elementary education from Purdue University and an MEd in curriculum studies from DePaul University.
