Adrianne Houser is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Michigan Policy Fellow and a math intervention specialist and math instructional coach at East Elementary School in Grandville. As a math intervention specialist, she works with K-6 students to advance mathematical proficiency by fostering deep mathematical understanding through targeted instruction. As a math coach, she provides personalized professional development opportunities around high-quality math instruction to improve student outcomes. She serves as a member of the Grandville Public School District Math MTSS Team and is co-chair of the district Math Vertical Team. Adrianne earned her BA in sociology and mathematics, a K-8 teaching credential from Aquinas College, and an MEd in educational leadership, and a K-12 administrator credential from Grand Valley State University.
