Tyler Hunt is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Illinois Senior Policy Fellow. She is a Project Lead the Way and Computer teacher at Thayer J. Hill Middle School in Naperville, Illinois. Tyler also serves as a National Air and Space Museum Teacher Ambassador, robotics club co-sponsor, and an Early Career Committee member for the Illinois Education Association. She received the Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology Intellectual Contribution Award from the Harvard Graduate School of Education (2025). Tyler earned a BA in elementary education and MEd in curriculum and instruction from Aurora University. She completed a second MEd in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
