Susan Hutchins is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and a math teacher at Monument Mountain Regional High School in Great Barrington. She is dedicated to enhancing school culture and the student experience through her work with Monument’s Student and Adult Advisory Board. As co-vice president of the Berkshire Hills Education Association, she represents the high school as a union leader, while also serving as an instructional lead. Susan previously taught physics and chemistry. She earned her BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MEd in mathematics education from Lesley University.
