Jeannemarie DeQuiroz is a 2018-19 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Jeannemarie teaches AP Biology and i-Grad 12, a senior seminar focused on post-secondary transition, at Camino Nuevo High School in Los Angeles, California. She serves as a member of the Camino Nuevo Teachers Association bargaining team and was awarded a policy fellowship from America Achieves and educator fellowships from Earthwatch and the Huntington Library, Art Collections, & Botanical Gardens. For over a decade, she has led students to the finish line as a marathon leader through Students Run LA. She earned her EdM from Harvard University and Tier 1 Administrative Credential from Cal State Dominguez Hills/CASLA (Charter & Autonomous School Leadership Academy).
