Jen Rabat is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Jen teaches K-3rd grade students at the Advanced Learning Academy in San Antonio, Texas, where she has served as a grade-level chair and mentor teacher for graduate students seeking a teaching degree from Trinity University. She writes curriculum for the PBL committee and facilitates PK-12 Critical Friends Groups. Jen was selected as campus Teacher of the Year for the 2017-2018 school year. She graduated from Trinity University with a BA in Sociology and a MA in Teaching.
