Jasmine Jones is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches 9th grade biology honors and special topics in science at Skyline High School in Dallas. She also serves as an advisor for the Technology Student Association after school organization. After working as an informal educator with parks and wildlife, Jasmine was inspired to begin formal teaching in Fort Worth. Jasmine is a Society for Science Advocate Program member and a Research Teacher cohort member. In her time at Skyline High School, she has coached five honorable mention-winning teams in the Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision competition. Jasmine is a TIA-recognized designated teacher who earned her BS in biology and MEd in education leadership from Schreiner University.
