Kara Davis is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Arkansas Senior Policy Fellow and is a literacy facilitator at Northside Elementary in Rogers. In her role, Kara focuses on helping teachers improve classroom instruction in literacy to include early literacy, reading, and writing. Kara is a National Board-Certified Teacher in the area of Reading-Language Arts and was named Arkansas Milken Educator in 2016. She earned her BA in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education, her MA in Educational Theory and Practice, and her administrative credentials from Arkansas State University.
