Karen Clark is a Teach Plus Greater Boston Teaching Policy Fellow. She is a 7th grade English Language Arts (ELA) teacher at KIPP Academy in Lynn, MA, where she manages an after-school program in partnership with Facebook engineers to teach students computer programming skills. Karen entered teacher training with Uncommon Schools in Brooklyn, New York. She earned a BA from Gordon College and an MEd from Boston University and is dual-certified in English and English as a Second Language.
