Katie Engelking is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Change Agent Teacher Leader. Katie teaches 7th and 8th grade math at Moos Elementary school in Humboldt Park. Katie started her teaching career as a special education teacher working in literacy and math inclusion classrooms. She graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Secondary Special Education with a concentration in Mathematics and is completing her MS in Educational Policy and Leadership through the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
