Keisha Watts is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Change Agent Teacher Leader. Keisha teaches 3rd and 4th grade math at Park Manor Elementary School. Keisha has achieved numerous awards for increasing student growth and attainment scores in reading and math on the NWEA assessment. She is an active member of her school’s instructional leadership team and has served in various leadership roles; such as MTSS (multi-tiered systems of support) coordinator, lead literacy teacher, peer coach, and a CPS network teacher facilitator. She graduated from Chicago State University with a BS in Sociology and a Teacher Certification in Elementary Education and received an MEd in Reading and MEd in Educational Leadership.
