Kelsey Pison is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Teaching Policy Fellow. Kelsey is a 2nd grade teacher at Clarence Farrington Elementary in Indianapolis Public Schools, where she works closely with administration, coaching staff, and team members to use data to create engaging lessons that provide rigorous instruction to all students in her class. At Clarence Farrington, Kelsey serves as a member of the primary RTI team. Kelsey previously taught kindergarten in Anderson Community Schools and at Clarence Farrington. She graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Elementary Education with a Reading Specialist endorsement.
