Brandon LaBella is a 4th grade humanities teacher leader at Rocketship Spark Academy. His mission is to empower students to cultivate a positive growth mindset surrounding learning through compassion, resilience, and self-care. Brandon is a firm believer in the power of education to transform lives through genuine enjoyment of learning and overcoming adversity. As a leader of the Parent Engagement Committee, he strives to create academic and social experiences that build positive meaningful relationships between families, students, and teachers. Brandon started his teaching career at a private learning center in Hong Kong and has since taught a variety of grades in New York before moving to California for his 4th year of teaching! He earned his BBA in Finance at the College of William and Mary and his Masters of Science of Teaching in Childhood Education at Fordham University.
