LaDoris Jena’ Lee is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Illinois Early Childhood Educator Policy Fellow and is a Lead Teacher in a 2-year-old classroom. LaDoris also serves as the facilitator for the site’s team building initiative where she works with the staff and administration to promote a quality work environment. LaDoris has previously served as Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Teacher, Nanny, and Lead Teacher in Infant and Toddler classrooms. She has held these positions in both center and home facilities. She graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a BS in Biology and currently attends the Erikson Institute where she is completing the MS program in Early Childhood Education.
