Ashley Lanfair is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow and the MTSS Lead and academic interventionist at Bret Harte Elementary School in Chicago, Illinois. She leads the MTSS team, supports teachers in developing their MTSS classroom practices, and serves on the school’s instructional leadership team. She was previously a 2nd and 4th grade teacher and led math teachers in shifting grouping and instructional practices around MTSS at LEARN Hunter Perkins. Ashley is a Teach Plus Chicago Senior Change Agent. She earned her BA in educational studies from Knox College, as well as a special education endorsement, MEd in curriculum and instruction, and an EdS in educational leadership from National Louis University.
