Nicholas Lee

Nick Lee is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow who teaches 11th and 12th grade AP Environmental Science and computer science at Codman Academy Charter Public School in Dorchester. He focuses on developing hands-on fieldwork and learning experiences for students in collaboration with local community partners. He leads an Urban Agriculture elective and rock climbing enrichment course. In the past, Nick has served as a member of Codman’s Instructional Leadership Team. Nick is currently a NOAA Teacher at Sea (2024) and a Pat Cooke Fellow for Environmental Sustainability (2022-24). Nick began his teaching career at the Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter Public School, where he taught 11th grade chemistry as part of the Harvard Teacher Fellows Program. He earned his BA in social studies from Harvard College and an MEd from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
