Leo Fuchs is a Teach Plus California Teaching Policy Fellow, and is the founding principal of Learning Without Limits Elementary School. Leo worked with a group of parents and teachers to design Learning Without Limits while serving as assistant principal at Jefferson Elementary School in Oakland. As principal, he has facilitated significant gains in student achievement, and led staff and families to successfully petition for charter status. Prior to becoming a principal, Leo worked as a teacher on special assignment at Explore Middle School and a resource specialist and Teach For America corps member at Frick Middle School. Leo holds a Masters of Education degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Non-Profit Management from Brandeis University.
