Lindsey is an eighth grade English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at Brooke Roslindale Charter School. Prior to teaching eighth grade, she taught sixth grade for two years at Brooke. She is currently a member of the Network Assessment Team, where she is primarily responsible for the creation of the sixth grade E.L.A. Network Assessments. Additionally, she shares her passion for developing and supporting new teachers by serving as a mentor teacher through the Associate Teacher Program. Lindsey also facilitates the Discovering Justice program for middle school students at Brooke. With the intention of giving students tangible experiences with the United States justice system, the hope is to foster in them a sense of civic participation. She came to Brooke after having served as the English Department Chair at Bishop Connolly High School in Fall River, MA. Lindsey earned her B.A. in English from Holy Cross and her M.Ed. in Special Education from Providence College.
