Noah Lipman is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches AP Government, AP U.S. History, and AP Macroeconomics at Highlands High School in San Antonio. He is a Master Teacher-AP Specialist for the San Antonio ISD, a dual-credit teacher at Alamo College, and a coach of the Mock Trial Team. Noah, a product of the NYC public school system, is a retired New York City trial attorney who has taught at the law school, college, and high school level. He was named 2010 College Board National Teacher of the Year and a 2022 finalist for Secondary Teacher of the Year for Region 20 in Texas.
