Monica R. Griffin is working on teacher student engagement. Monica teaches 9th grade algebra at Bogan Computer Technical High School. She is a framework for teaching specialist, where she coaches and mentors teachers to support and enhance instructional practices to increase student engagement and achievement. Monica’s previously served as a case manager and freshman academy coordinator, and taught K-8 and world studies. She graduated from Chicago State University with a BA in Education and received her MA in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University.
