Nikole Lewis dinkens is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Change Agent Teacher Leader. Nikole teaches middle school English language arts at Beethoven Elementary School. Nikole has held various leadership positions, including assistant principal, dean of students, network literacy lead, middle years IB coordinator, consulting teacher emerging leader, opportunity schools new teacher mentor, and instructional team member. She holds certifications in REACH and English as a Second Language. Nikole earned her BA in Elementary Education, an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration, an MA in Reading Specialist, and she is currently earning her Doctor of Education in Teaching and Learning with a major in Reading, Language, and Literacy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
