Erin O’Neill is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent who serves as an instructional coach for Pre-K through 2nd grade at Durkin Park Elementary. She is a member of the instructional leadership team and collaborates with teachers to positively influence their professional learning communities within learning cycles. She served as the multi-tiered systems of support lead and the lead preschool teacher when Durkin Park expanded to include six preschool classrooms. She earned a BA in elementary education from Saint Xavier University, a Type 04 certificate in early childhood education from University of Illinois-Chicago, and MEd in Educational Leadership from National Louis University, along with a special education and science endorsement.
