Ryan Otero is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Ryan is an 8th grade English and language arts teacher for IDEA Public Schools in El Paso, Texas. He is the content lead and grade-level team lead at his campus. Ryan is a Fellow with the Texas Public Charter Schools Association and a CREED/PSI/El Paso Foundation Innovative Educator Fellow. Ryan holds a BA in Chicano studies from The University of Texas at El Paso.
