Jeanna Outerbridge is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Affinity Group Facilitator and principal at Venice Elementary School in Granite City, Illinois. She focuses on the instructional leadership of her colleagues, with student achievement her primary focus. Jeanna was part of the Instructional Leadership Team and helped implement professional learning communities at Gordon Bush Alternative School. She also assumed leadership in the absence of administration. Jeanna has a BS in human services and education from Northeastern University, MA in special education from Webster University, MEd in educational leadership, and EdS focused on superintendency. Jeanna is pursuing an EdD in curriculum design and instruction.
