Paul Harbour is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellow. Paul teaches English at North Clay Middle School in Brazil, Indiana, where he mentors at-risk students and serves on the GEI (General Education Intervention) and Technology Committees. Paul has sponsored a speaker series at his school and is a recipient of the Lilly Teacher Creativity grant. He graduated from Indiana State University with a BA in English Teaching and received his MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana Wesleyan University.
