Perla Andrade is an instructional facilitator at Baseline Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. Before stepping into this role, she taught 1st grade for four years. Perla is a part of the guiding coalition team at her school and a content leader for the literacy curriculum within her district. She was named Baseline Academy’s Teacher of the Year for the 2019-2020 school year. Perla earned her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Special Education at the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MEd in Educational Leadership at Arkansas Tech University.
