Phoebe Duvall is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Teaching Policy Fellow. Phoebe is a 4th grade general education teacher at Paramount School of Excellence, where she serves as the 4th grade team lead. At Paramount, Phoebe specializes in curriculum alignment, working closely with the K-8 team leads to create a rigorous curriculum that ensures a consistent learning experience for students across grade levels. Prior to Paramount, Phoebe taught as an ESL instructor in Taiwan, helping high school students pursue careers with International organizations and businesses. Phoebe graduated from DePauw University with a BA in Communications and minor in Economics and earned her MA in Teaching from Marian University in Indianapolis.
