Kimberly Randle is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a high school English teacher at CICS Ralph Ellison High School. She focuses on teaching children to be critical and conscious readers and thinkers. She has been the content team lead, freshman and sophomore team lead, Crochet Club leader, and afterschool activities coordinator. Kimberly has been named Employee of the Month three times (2018, 2021, 2022). She earned her BA in English from Calvin University.
